It's very important to follow the correct returns process when sending a product to us.
All returns, regardless of the reason, must first be authorised, this is called an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
This means that you first need to contact our Customer Service team to arrange the return, we will then provide you with an RMA reference.
You need to clearly mark your package with this reference, otherwise we wont know who to refund!
When
can I return a product?
The product must have been delivered less than 30 calendar days ago
If the product is damaged, seal is broken, or you have changed your mind about using the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that don't conform to these requirements. If you purchased a product on a sale or markdown, the product will be refunded at the sale price.
